About us

Renewable Recyclers are a 'social enterprise' of PRA which means we are a Not-For-Profit enterprise using a market-based business model to achieve our social and environmental central purpose.

We take pride in being part of an organisation that strives to help create an Australia that is abundant, secure and inclusive for all; an organisation that recognises a potential need and applies pragmatism, courage and creativity to fill that need in spite of obstacles.

Our Mission: We recognised the potential of combining two of the bigger issues affecting our community right now. We have applied ourselves to the task of combining:

  1. The large gap between mainstream jobs for people who find themselves at a social disadvantage; and
  2. the growing tide of e-waste

Through this endeavor we aim to generate enough profit to remain financially viable in order to further our social and environmental goals.

Our target is to provide an e-waste solution for companies in the Sydney, Illawarra and ACT regions. By offering this service, we divert toxic e-waste from landfill, recover precious natural finite resources and create jobs within the community for those who are experiencing barriers to mainstream employment.

Our Employees: We provide in-house and certified training for all of our employees. Working with Renewable Recyclers will equip them with the skills, experience and confidence they need to seek mainstream employment.

You can help us! By simply booking a collection, becoming a member or purchasing a Renewed PC you are helping create a job for someone in need and doing something measureable about the growing e-waste problem!
